The Sarah Summer yeast infection cure is an extensively researched program for curing yeast infections. The cures presented are effective for curing yeast overgrowth in men, women, babies, and during pregnancy. You may have come across Sarah Summer’s cure in searching for information about curing a yeast infection.

As a matter of fact, thousands of people have found complete relief from the pain of their infections through the Sarah Summer yeast cure. Sarah Summer is a medical researcher and was a yeast infection sufferer herself. No longer willing to be plagued with her recurring yeast overgrowth, she set to work to research and find true cures for her infection.

Not only did she research different cures, but she also thoroughly researched the causes of yeast infections and the development of them in our bodies. Because she started out with such a thorough knowledge of the causes and progression of the yeast, she was able to then identify the specific natural cures and combinations of cures that will effectively cure a yeast infection.

Sarah Summer lists the various symptoms of yeast infections and explains the importance of determining if it is a yeast overgrowth you are battling. Once you have determined that it is, Sarah starts out with an immediate QuickStart guide. This is important because if you are suffering from a yeast infection you need relief immediately and Sarah provides the information that you need to get instant relief. You can then proceed to read her extensive book and determine other cures that you will want to use to get rid of your ailment for good.

The Sarah Summer yeast infection cure leaves no stone unturned. You are presented with treatements, detailed and easy instructions on how to use the cures, information on the foods to eat and the foods to avoid, details on clothing to wear, and vital information on phytonutrients.

Sarah Summer claims that you can cure your infection within 12 hours. This claim seems a bit over rated until you actually read her book. You realize that she has extensively researched and supported her claims in all her treatments with her references and footnotes. She also further validates her claim of curing your infection within 12 hours by offering a moneyback guarantee. You have eight weeks to try the Sarah Summer yeast infection cure and determine if it is right for you. Chances are your yeast infection will be gone long before eight weeks.

Common remedies like Threelac and Monistat only treat the symptoms of a yeast infection. Because it is only the symptoms that are being treated you will have to go back again and again. Sarah gives an in depth explaination of the common drugs used to treat yeast infections and their dangerous side effects. If you are discouraged from suffering from yeast infections, the Sarah Summer yeast cure is exactly what you’re looking for.

If you suffer from yeast infections, it is time to put an end to them. There is no better person to trust than someone who has also suffered from yeast infections and has thoroughly researched and experienced the freedom of defeating it once and for all. There is a powerful investment technique that makes it possible to generate returns of up to 100% or more in a month not a year. This technique is little known but quite simple in terms of execution. The one catch is that it is a “hands on” approach and rightly so. A return of 100% a month is nothing short of amazing, so let’s take a look at how it works.

The first thing to realize is that anything can be an investment. Virtually anything you can buy and sell for a profit can be seen as an investment if that was the purpose of the transaction. A transaction can be completed in under a week, but look at it this way. If you were able to compound your capital by just 20% per week, you would result in making a 100% return each month or double that money.

If you started this technique with just $100 dollars, you would have well over $1 million dollars in 14 months if you could maintain that level of compounding at each month. That is quite a remarkable result. The main thing to remember is that it is not the dollar increase that counts, but the percentage increase and the stringent use of compounding. You could literally start with some unwanted item that you could clean up and improve in some way at the $100 dollar level and sell it for $120 then move on to the next item. Some of the richest people on the planet make their wealth in this way but on a grander scale and you can apply this same technique. By maintaining control over the collateral your investment represents, you can clearly control the increases.

If you need money now, like I mean in the next hour, try what I did. I am making more money now than in my old business and you can too, read about Martin Thomas in the link below. When I joined I was skeptical for just ten seconds before I realized what this was. I was smiling from ear to ear and you will too.

How I Save Big Money on Plane Tickets for the Family

Tho cost of flights for a family can be extremely expensive. I have found some great ways to save a lot of money when booking plane tickets. I start my research early for flight prices. I play around with the dates in the online booking tools to try to see how low the flight prices can go. I sign up for the airline’s email distribution list so that I know when the airlines are having a seat sale.

I look at the total price of the flights including tax when comparing costs. Most airlines offer a 25% discount off the base ticket price for children. Due to the fact that the taxes and surcharges may vary depending on the airline and flight path, I might get a better deal on a higher priced ticket that has lower taxes when I factor in the child discount.

Travelzoo is an excellent source for finding the best travel deals. Every week they email me a list of discounted flights, hotels and tours. I have gotten excellent information on cheap flights from Travelzoo such as tickets from Toronto to Lima, Peru for less than $400 including taxes. Travelzoo has different versions depending on where you reside.

I check out the cost of flying out of nearby cities. I live in Ottawa but its a four hour drive to Toronto. The cost of flying out of Toronto can be significantly less than flying out of Ottawa. I can save hundreds of dollars even when I factor in the cost of gas, parking and an overnight hotel.

Plane Ticket Savings

Regular price of ticket Toronto to Lima $896.00 including tax. My price was $396.00 taxes in for each person.

How I Save BIG Money on Accommodations

The cost of accommodations can be quite pricey for a family if you are looking at staying in a typical hotel room. I look for hostels to save money when I travel with my kids. A lot of hostels offer family rooms with ensuite bathrooms at prices significantly less than a hotel. Another option is a serviced apartment where you have access to a kitchen to cook in and lots of space to spread out in. This is usually much cheaper than paying for 2 hotel rooms. I also look for cheap accommodations that are centrally located so that I also save on local transportation.

Accommodation Savings

Cost of the Beijing Swissotel for a family of 4 was $220.00 per night. Cost of the hostel I stayed in was $37.00 for a family room!

How I Save on Local Transportation

When traveling with my kids the cost of local transportation can really add up. I take public transportation whenever possible. If there is a subway at my destination then I use this to move around. My kids also have fun trying to navigate the subway. I try to always book a centrally located hotel close to public transport and close to markets, stores and restaurants.

Local Transportation Savings

The cost of a taxi from my Shanghai hotel to the Science and Technology Museum was $12.00 each way. Cost of the subway for my family of four was $2 each way.

How I Save Loads of Money on Tours and Attractions

I always look for free or low cost attractions for my kids and I to enjoy. We always head to a local park for a few hours. The kids have fun exploring the different playgrounds and usually end up making some new friends too. I always search for free activities, museums or festivals. Organized local tours can also drive up the cost of your family trip. On a recent family vacation to Negril Jamaica I wanted to visit YS Falls for the day. I managed to save quite a bit by hiring a driver for the day and paying our own entrance fee. It was also great to have the flexibility of having a driver as I was able to leave when the kids were tired and we were able to stop for a delicious jerk chicken meal along the way.

Savings on Tours

The cost of an organized tour for a family of 4: $270.00

The price of a taxi driver and entrance for 2 adults, 2 children $145.00

How I Save Money on Dining

The cost of eating on your vacation can take a big bite out of the family travel budget. There are lots of ways to save money on dining on your trips. For breakfast I head to a local grocery store and stock up on fruits, baked goods and cereal (I pack a couple dollar store bowls and spoons). I try to book hotel rooms with a mini fridge and stock up on drinks and snacks as well. I also try to eat where the locals eat. The food is usually cheaper and much tastier than at the inflated tourist restaurants.

Quito, the second highest Capital city in the world, is connected by daily direct flights to America’s gateway cities of Miami, Houston and Atlanta.

The city of Quito has not only been designated as a United Nations World Heritage Site, but it lies at the foot of South America’s most spectacular–and easy accessible—active volcano. Share practical natural history and physical science with your children just a few miles from Quito!

Less active or physically challenged travelers can ride a Cable car up to Cruz Loma, enjoying a stunning panorama and beautiful views of the city from an altitude of 13451 ft (4100 m). You can either enjoy the views, or–if you are the more adventurous type–the more active traveler or family can hike up to Rucu Pichincha at 15338 ft (4574 m) above sea level.

Another option for visiting this spectacular volcano is with a day tour from Quito. Although not well known, day tours can present one of the more interesting tours from Quito, taken with children in tow.

There is something for everyone.

Plan on starting early in the morning by car from Quito to Lloa and leave the car near the Mountain Refuge; walk up to Guagua Pichina (Baby Pichincha) at 15338 ft (4675 m) above sea level. This volcano erupted recently-the last time in 1999. Taking a look inside the crater and smelling the gases oozing out gives children-and adults-an unmistakable impression of vulcanism and how the Earth developed. One will never forget the smell of sulphur. You can see, smell, and learn–and only 10km from Quito.

While in Ecuador, families-especially city dwellers with children who have never been around animals– should enjoy a practical animal experience in the beautiful colonial haciendas La Alegria and Hato Verde, just south of Quito. Both Haciendas are real working farms and both offer beautiful accommodations to the traveler.

Imagine your children learning that milk doesn’t come from the grocery-but that it comes from cows! Children love to try milking cows, and you will be able to capture video that will help make memories for years to come. Let them spend time around the horses or watch the cowboys simply doing their daily work at the farm. Both haciendas offer horseback riding tours both for beginners and for the very experienced rider.

Children are very welcome on both haciendas and even small children enjoy the farm-life. If feeding sugar cubes and carrots to a horse, milking a cow, or riding a horse seems too adventurous for some, why not take one of the cooking classes at the hacienda? Discover spectacular new recipes for cookies… these haciendas are an excellent place to spend quality time with your family.

One tour option is for the technically astute. Boys and girls always love trains, and in Ecuador, they are in luck, for Ecuador has one of the most spectacular and chaotic railway systems in the world. The tracks and most of the infrastructure is in dire need of repair, but despite that, traveling by train is an excellent and safe opportunity to discover some uniquely beautiful parts of the country.

Some of the railroad lines are spectacularly technical masterpieces, with tunnels, switchbacks, and climbs in elevation that will take your breath away. Unfortunately, as in many areas of the world, the trains of Ecuador have completely lost most of their economic importance enjoyed in previous times.

For those who want to travel by rail, Ecuador has given rise to a new type of rail travel, a unique vehicle, which always seems to be pictured in travelogues. Next to the real trains, consisting of a locomotive and cars, a kind of “truck on railroad wheels” called an “Autoferro” has developed. On most Autoferros, passengers travel comfortably on the roof. During the last year, because of their popularity and the history of travelers in Ecuador in this way, comfortable “autoferros” have been introduced where you can travel comfortably on the roof, or inside the “autoferro”.

A two day journey from Quito to Guayaquil can be particularly interesting for a family. It’s exciting, it’s different, and it’s something that will be long remembered as a family adventure.

First, plan your travel by autoferro from Quito – Cotopaxi National Park, then transfer and plan to travel by bus to Riobamba where you stay overnight. Enjoy Riobamba, but get to bed early because you catch the early morning train to Alausi, through the spectacular Nariz del Diablo (Devil’s Nose) to Huigra and Bucay.

From Bucay, take a bus to Guayaquil– where you will arrive in the late afternoon. During the whole journey you’re in close contact with the local, mostly Indian population who live in the Andes Mountains. Find a rider who speaks English and strike up a conversation about the country. Ecuadorians are justifiably proud of their country, and your family will make a memory that will last forever-and just may make a new friend!

Between Huigra and Bucay you will leave the Andes Mountains and enter the tropical Pacific plain with its Banana plantations and tropical fruits. This journey from Quito to Guayaquil takes 2 days and it offers an unforgettable family experience.

At your destination, Guayaquil, this beautiful tropical city offers a lot for families. It is truly the most interesting tropical city in South America.

Take a one hour cruise on the “Pirate Ship” on the Guayas River and visit the Historical Park where you can view the local tropical flora and fauna. You can visit an old cacao farm, and realize the contrast to the simple farm houses you observed by the hundreds only the day before from the train. Stay in a hotel in Guayaquil itself, and not near the Airport.

Try the Hotel Unipark (4*) just opposite of the Parque Seminario or “Parque de las Iguanas” as it called by the locals. On this plaza, Iguanas walk freely, similar to cats and dogs in many neighborhoods in America. We’d suggest you not try to pet them, however!

Another wonderful option for overnight accommodation is the Grand Hotel de Guayaquil (3*) which has a small open-air swimming pool in the courtyard of the hotel.

It’s time for you to discover Ecuador. Ecuador is a marvelous destination location-just off the “beaten path.” There is much to discover, and once you’ve visited, you’ll want to return.

Planning a family holiday can be exciting, especially when finalising the itinerary. But being prepared for the holiday does not end with listing the places you are going to visit. One of the most crucial steps in planning a break away is getting family travel insurance. The questions should not be whether you will or won’t get it; it should just be a question of what needs to be covered and what special circumstances could arise during your trip when you might need emergency medical assistance. You need to plan ahead and be flexible – but don’t forget the things that really count, starting with the following.

Don’t Skimp on the Essentials

While you may not necessarily need car rental cover included in your family travel insurance if you’re not going to drive abroad, medical assistance is always an essential, especially if one or more members of the family has a specific condition that may need to be attended to immediately – such as asthma or diabetes. Baggage loss and passport replacement are other basic concerns that definitely need to be covered. However, before deciding on adding another clause to the policy you are going to purchase, check that these are not already covered in a separate policy you currently hold – like household, for instance.

Shop Around to Know Your Options

If this is the first time you’ve purchased family travel insurance, the first thing you need to know is your family’s eligibility. For starters, a basic package for a family will cover two adults and four children less than 18 years of age. The next thing to figure out is whether to get single-trip or a multi-trip insurance. Basically, a single-trip policy will cover you for the extent of your holiday and will expire when you get back to your home country. This is an ideal option for families who don’t do a lot of travelling. On the other hand, families who frequently go abroad might be able to make a more efficient purchase with multi-trip insurance, which is usually good for one year and doesn’t need to be renewed or repurchased every time you go away.

Declare Medical Conditions Up Front

Especially when travelling with babies or young children, it is crucial to be transparent when you’re buying family travel insurance. This means declaring any existing medical conditions of every member of the family. Doing this not only helps you make an informed decision about which policy you need, but it is also vital information when it comes to processing a claim. Ignore this at your peril – honesty is always the best policy.

Investing in Car Dealerships: How to Do It Right

Investing in Car Dealerships: How to Do It Right

The financial characteristics of the automobile dealership are attractive:

“. . . moderate growth and risk and high returns. Franchised new car dealer revenues have grown at a 7.2% annual rate since 1992, about twice the rate of GDP. Moreover, this growth has come with only moderate risk, as the dealer body didn’t lose money (on a pretax basis) for a single year in the last twenty – even during the 1989-1991 industry down-cycle. Finally, despite major changes in the auto industry’s structure, dealer returns have remained high, with pretax ROE averaging 26.1% over the last twenty years”. [MerrillLynch, April 19th, 2004 Report on “Automobile Dealers”. ]

Athletes from almost every major sport have invested in new car dealerships: Rick Hendrick, Roger Penske, John Elway, Troy Aikman, Evander Holyfield, Arnold Palmer, Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen and Alex Rodriguez to name a few.

The idea isn’t new. Johnny Lujack, 1947 Heisman Trophy winner and Chicago Bear Pro-Bower, started a business in 1954 that would eventually expand to 16 franchises; spread over 40 acres, with sales of over 10,000 vehicles and $150 million, per year. Lujack retired from the auto business after almost 50 years as a successful dealer.

WHEN IS THE RIGHT TIME?

“This is the time you have been waiting for”, reports Greg Gilmore in the June 2005 issue of Dealer Magazine. Dealer Executive reported that last year (2004) ranked as the 4th best for new unit sales by franchised new-vehicle dealers. Total dealership dollars exceeded $714 billion, up more than 2% from 2003.

The fact is that anytime is the right time. In 1991, in the depths of an automotive depression, John Elway asked me, prior to signing his purchase contract, if “this” (1991) was the right time to buy. I told him that it is how you buy it and how you sell it that count. That year he made a $20 million investment. At the time he had a single Mazda store on Arapahoe Road, in Englewood. I sold the Mazda franchise for him and Nissan gave him its franchise to put in the old Mazda building. Shortly thereafter, I put together another transaction that had John buy the Mazda store on 104th Avenue, in Thornton. John then terminated Suzuki and put the Mazda store with his Oldsmobile and Hyundai franchises. After that he bought one more dealership (a Ford franchise) and then, in 1995, sold the entire package to Republic Industries for $86 million.

A lot of people were afraid to buy a dealership in 1991 and thought that John took a big gamble. But, he didn’t “gamble”. He structured his purchases and sales correctly, and then capitalized on his investment.

For example, although GM and Ford lost money (as they did in 1991), individual dealers made millions, according to NADA (National Automobile Dealers Association) and Automotive News statistics, the average dealers’ pretax margin varies between one and two percent of their total sales. Why? The dealers capture a broader business base than the manufacturer. While the manufacturer makes its money on new car sales, the dealers have the additional balance of the parts departments, service departments, used car departments, finance departments, insurance departments and, in some instances, body shops. Consequently, while the manufacturer is dependent upon each year’s new car sales, a dealer’s success is based more on the total number of vehicles in operation.

DOES THE DEALERSHIP’S HISTORY MATTER?

A little, but don’t be intimidated by it. After Jimmy Vasser won the CART racing championship for Target, I put together a transaction for Jimmy to buy a dueled Chevrolet-Toyota franchise, in Napa, that lost money for the previous 10 consecutive years. I put Jimmy together with a dealership manager and Jimmy’s dad, who had some previous used car experience, signed-on as used car manager.

Subsequently, after going to dealer school and passing through the chairs, Jimmy’s dad took over as General Manager; the store thrived; and Jimmy not only bought the dealership land and facility, but bought the Ford store in the next town, and is currently building a new Toyota store so that his Chevrolet and Toyota franchises can have separate facilities.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

Good advice. Good advice is both important and hard to find. In the words of Trace Armstrong, past president of the NFL Players Association: “There’s just so much bad advice out there being given to these guys. It’s really kind of scary. ” [Reported by Eric Fisher, March 27, 2000. ]

As with the Entertainment and Sports Industries, there is so much money in the car business, that everybody wants to get a piece of it. Consequently, everybody thinks he or she is an expert in analyzing and structuring deals, when in fact they just want to be a broker that gets a commission from the deal. Sidebar: New car dealership revenues reached almost One Trillion Dollars in 2004. The dealerships and dealer related industries account of over 15% of the Gross National Product of the United States.

HOW TO CREATE A SUCCESSFUL TEAM?

An investor needs a team. Generally, it’s the same team they have, supplemented by an expert in the car business. Don’t get lulled into a false sense of security that loyalty is synonymous with the “factory” or “bankers”.

For example, Ford made one of its black dealers (a superstar athlete) the point man, brokering meetings with senior executives and acting as a conduit between the company and Jesse Jackson. He mediated disputes between Ford and its dealers, and he promoted the company in public appearances. He even had a close relationship with some Ford family members.

“He had some friends in high places, ” said John Clissold, a retired Ford Credit executive. “[The head of Ford Credit] was a very strong supporter. ” But, when trouble came, it didn’t matter. Business was business. ” . . . one factory executive familiar with the situation summed up the prevailing feeling at corporate headquarters: ‘[the superstar] was headed for a cliff and we weren’t going over with him. ’” [Story by Bill Vlasic and Mark Truby / The Detroit News Sunday, May 26, 2002. ]

The fact is that the factory and bank employees have a duty to do what is best for the factory or bank, not what is best for your client. It’s the law. They have a legal obligation to their shareholders – no matter how nice or how close your client is to them.

Financial statements and an accountant are not enough. Your client needs a member of your team that is a student of the industry. A profitable automotive statement can be certified and comply with every principle of accounting, yet still convey a false impression of success. There are so many nuisances in defining and structuring automotive transactions, that your client needs an expert in the field who can determine both what automotive deal is best for the athlete and what is the best way to get it.

So while your team may consist of accountant, attorneys, agents and managers that are excellent at their jobs, unless a student of the industry is added (someone who does nothing but structure buys and sells everyday), a key ingredient to success will be missing.

Think of it in terms of any sport or business. If a person wants to create a championship team in a particular sport, is it created with people who play the game 50% of the time, 75% of the time, or someone who plays it everyday?

Remember: The nicest thing they ever said about Richard Nixon was: “He looks like a used car salesman. ”

John Pico is the Managing Partner of Advising Automobile Dealers LLC. Mr. Pico served as a court appointed “Consultant to Debtor” in bankruptcy cases, a “Court Appointed Mediator” in automotive disputes, the “Court Appointed Arbitrator / Appraiser” in partnership disputes, a “Court Approved Consultant to Receiver” in a check-kiting case, as a “Superior Court Mediator” in dealership/lender litigation and has been recognized as an expert witness on both State and Federal levels.

He has consulted on upside-down positions of over $50 Million, out of trust position of over $4 Million and a bank overdraft of $30 Million. Since 1972, Mr. Pico has completed over 1,000 automobile dealership transactions, whose combined values exceed One Billion Dollars.

If you’re going on holiday with your family, then you’ll want to know that your family travel insurance actually does cover you.

Here’s how to get the best family travel insurance.

1. You’ll need to know what you want it for. Will you just ant health insurance? Just for your luggage and personal possessions, or for everything? You won’t want to think that you’re covered on your household policy only to discover you aren’t.

2. Different types of holiday require different levels of travel insurance. You’re much less likely to break a limb whilst sitting on a beach for a fortnight, compared to snowboarding, or skiing. You’re probably more likely to lose your camera on a city break. You’ll need to ensure that you’ve got the right level of cover.

3. Once you think you’ve found the right policy, you’ll need to find out what it actually covers, and whether it’s relevant to you. Even if you’re only going on holiday for a short while, you still don’t want to take a chance with your family’s health.

4. You’ll need to find out what the excess charge is. You won’t want to drop your camera, and have to pay the first £100 of any claim.

5. It’s a good idea to find out what the insurance policy says regarding the replacement of lost or broken items. Is there a like for like policy? Do you only get what the old item is currently worth?

6. If you go on holiday several times a year, then it might be better to get an annual policy, rather than a policy for each trip. Perhaps your policy will cover you whilst you travel on business as well.

7. Many foreign countries don’t have free healthcare, unlike the UK so you’ll need to be aware that medical treatment is likely to cost. Having adequate travel insurance that covers health, injuries and illness will be worth it if a family member is injured, or is taken ill whilst abroad. You don’t want to be faced with a massive bill for hospital treatment.

8. Why not try looking online for your travel insurance policy? It’s quicker and than having to ring up lots of providers, and you’re bound to get a better quote, as the overheads will be lower.

9. Booking your family travel insurance through your holiday company when you book your holiday might prove to be more expensive than booking it separately.
